1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Buon Appetito Italian Bistro LLC, doing business as Preemo's Restaurant & Bar ("Preemo's", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website at preemosrestaurant.com, completing our VIP rewards sign-up form, or using our dining and to-go services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use our online services; text messages require you to be 18 or older.
2. SMS Messaging & Communications Terms
Preemo's Restaurant & Bar sends text messages to customers who opt in on our VIP sign-up page at https://preemosrestaurant.com/vip-signup.html, sends reservation reminders to guests who check the optional text box when booking online or say yes when our phone assistant offers one, sends a one-time online ordering link to callers who ask for one during a phone call, and replies to customers who text us first.
- You must be 18 years or older to sign up for text messages from Preemo's Restaurant & Bar.
- VIP account messages (optional): points and reward updates, only if you check the separate account-texts box when you join.
- Promotional messages (optional): VIP offers, birthday rewards and event news, only if you check the separate promotional box when you join. Texting consent is not required to join VIP and is not a condition of any purchase.
- Order link (on request): if you call us to order food and say yes when our phone assistant offers, we text you one link to our online ordering page. It is sent once per request, is not marketing, and does not sign you up for other texts.
- Reservation reminders (optional): a reminder and a request to confirm your reservation, only if you checked the optional text box when booking online or said yes on the phone. Not required to book.
- Replies: if you text us first, we reply only about your message.
- Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also contact us at info@preemosrestaurant.com or (435) 777-5103.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- No mobile information or opt-in consent will be shared with, sold to, or transferred to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
3. Permitted Use
You agree to use our website and communications solely for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information or telephone numbers.
- Interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of our systems or networks.
- Send automated, spam, or unsolicited bulk communications through our forms or contact channels.
4. Menu Items, Pricing & Availability
Menu items, seasonal availability, pricing, and restaurant hours (currently Monday through Sunday, 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM) are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive to maintain accurate information on our website, occasional discrepancies may occur.
5. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, brand assets, imagery, text, and other materials on this website are the property of Preemo's Restaurant & Bar and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and communication channels are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Preemo's Restaurant & Bar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our website or services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
